Born in 1951.

In 1973 has graduated from Donetsk State University in speciality "History".

In 1986 has defended dissertation in historical science and obtained Ph.D. He is a skilled teacher with 22 years experience. Now he delivers lectures on the following disciplines: "Politology", "Basis of political culture". Has a wide experience in the research work on socio-economic, concrete political problems.

Sphere of scientific interests:

	Mass Media activities;
	Activities of social organizations and movements in socio-economic sphere of society;

Practical activity:

	Vice-rector on international activity of DonSTU;
	Director of Institute of International Cooperation;
	Coordinator of main programs on international cooperation of DonSTU.
